Return/Exchange Policy

Online orders can only be exchanged at our local store. Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds. For online orders we only offer one-time exchange at our local store at Milpitas, CA location. All Local pickup orders are final.

If you are not satisfied with online order then we allow you to exchange products with equal or higher value products at our local store, Milpitas, CA. We do not accept exchange through mail. Please do not ship back your exchange through mail.

In case of exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Within 3 calendar days of receiving an order, send us an email at sales@pishwas.com or pishwasbysadaf@gmail.com  regarding your exchange. Include order number, product SKU, and reason for exchange. Exchange window would be closed after 3 days of receiving an order.

  2. For possible exchange, please select maximum 7 products from our website www.pishwas.com. Inside your email attach product images and include product SKU numbers.  Then, book an appointment online to schedule an exhange.

  3. Only one-time exchange is allowed. All Local Pickup orders are final.

Note: To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We sell products in New condition without any defects. We are not responsible of any damage happen during shipping process.
